Australia has faced its hardest year yet, with Nine News covering heartbreaking drought, devastating fires, treacherous floods and now the COVID-19 global health pandemic.

Men at Work lead singer Colin Hay and Delta Goodrem have donated their moving rendition of the hit Men at Work song Down Under to the new on-air promo for Nine News, highlighting the strength and courage of Australia during these difficult times.

Colin and Delta captivated viewers when they collaborated during the Music From The Home Front concert on Nine on Anzac Day for our frontline health workers.

As well as donating the song for Nine’s new promo, Colin is supporting fundraising for the Cobargo Community Bush Fire Recovery Fund which holds a special place in his heart. While we continue to fight the battle against COVID-19, the devasting effects of the bushfires continue.
