Martyn Roberts was appointed Chief Financial Officer for Nine Entertainment Co. on September 8, 2025.

Mr. Roberts brings extensive experience in finance and corporate strategy, having worked with ASX-listed and international companies across consumer-focused sectors. His most recent role was Chief Financial Officer at Ramsay Health Care. Previously, he served as Group Chief Financial Officer at Coca-Cola Amatil and held senior executive roles at both Woolworths and Louis Vuitton.

He is deeply involved in shaping Australia’s financial and regulatory landscape as a Board Member of the Group of 100, the leading representative body for CFOs.

Mr. Roberts is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and completed his Bachelor of Science (Hons) at the University of York.
