Get set for a bigger and bolder Married at First Sight UK, returning for a brand new season at 4.00pm AEST today, streaming exclusively for Australian viewers on 9Now with a new episode dropping daily from Monday to Thursday.

With a longer run and more episodes, the new season of Married at First Sight UK will supersize the high-stakes relationship drama when a fresh cast of singles say “I do” to a complete stranger they’ll meet for the very first time on their wedding day.

Sixteen brave singles are walking down the aisle this season. The eight brides include dress designer April (32), social worker Chanita (29), zero waste shop owner Jenna (32), dental hygienist Jess (31), business owner Kasia (36), waitress Lara (49), PA Whitney (31) and quantity surveyor Zoe (30).

Joining them are eight grooms: digital designer Adrian (37), recruitment HR coordinator Duka (31), financial advisor George (40), account manager Jordan (29), business consultant Kwame (42), dancer/performer Pjay (31), sales advisor Richie (51) and mental health care assistant Thomas (31).

Returning to match and guide our couples throughout the experiment are Married at First Sight Australia’s Mel Schilling, together with Paul C. Brunson and Charlene Douglas. The expert trio will leverage their impressive success rate from last year’s series of MAFS UK, with couples Dan and Matt and Adam and Tayah still going strong in their relationships after the show ended.
