The 2026-27 Hungry Jack’s NBL season tips off tomorrow with double-header coverage starting from 7.00pm, live and free on 9Go! and 9Now.

With reloaded rosters and superstar talent arriving, the road to the championship starts now as teams look to secure a first-round win.

At John Cain Arena on Saturday night, Melbourne United will launch their campaign against last season’s Grand Finalists, the Adelaide 36ers, in a bumper opener. United will be out to impress on their home court with sharpshooter Chris Goulding and star duo Joe Ingles and NBA import Cole Anthony. Six-time MVP Bryce Cotton will lead the charge for the 36ers alongside dominant big man Isaac Humphries and perimeter weapon Flynn Cameron. 

Then the action heads west to RAC Arena where the Perth Wildcats clash with the South East Melbourne Phoenix under the lights. Wildcats superstar Kristian Doolittle leads a stacked Wildcats team in Perth in front of a packed Red Army, taking on a dangerous Phoenix lineup featuring dynamic guards Nathan Sobey and Angus Glover alongside imposing centre Jordan Hunter. 

Beyond the live action, NBL Overtime with Felix Von Hofe, Pete Hooley, Damon Lowery and Derek Rucker will recap and preview all the action every Monday night of the season from 6.30pm AEST on 9Go! and 9Now.
