John O’Neill is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of QMS, bringing almost 30 years’ experience in the Out of Home industry. He has held senior leadership roles across QMS Media, EyeCorp, Media Puzzle and oOh!media, building a reputation for shaping high-performing teams and driving industry innovation.

Mr O’Neill has been instrumental in positioning QMS as a leader in high-impact digital outdoor, leading its transformation, sustained growth and strategic evolution. This includes overseeing the company’s acquisition by Nine in April 2026, marking a significant step in expanding QMS’ role within Australia’s media landscape.

He has served as a Director of the Outdoor Media Association (OMA) and MOVE Boards since 2018, contributing to the advancement of the broader Out of Home industry.
