The 9Network will be moving to Verona, Italy when the Paralympic Winter Games begins with the Opening Ceremony on Saturday, March 7 at 6.00am AEDT Live and Free on 9Gem and 9Now, plus stream it all on Stan Sport. 

For 10 days the worlds elite Para-athletes will compete in 79 medal events across six sports, marking the 50th anniversary of the first Paralympic Winter Games, spread across four clusters around Northern Italy. 

Leading our dedicated coverage on the ground is Australia’s most decorated female Paralympian, Ellie Cole. Bringing the same golden energy she became famous for in the pool, Cole will anchor the daily highlights show, bringing her unparallelled insight and champion’s perspective to every major storyline of the Games. 

9Now will feature eight dedicated Individual Sport Channels, providing a comprehensive deep dive into all six Para-sports. Beyond the live competition, 9Now will have all-access from the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, to full event replays and highlights of every medal moment. 

Stan Sport will also offer viewers a complete Paralympic Winter Games experience with every sport and every moment streamed live and on demand, as well as full event replays and highlights for all medal events.
