Celebrating the ultimate comfort of ocean cruising, it takes viewers on an unforgettable journey across spectacular destinations – from the bustling streets of Korea and the sun-soaked shores of Greece, to the vibrant cultures of Japan and Spain. Part high-stakes battle, part travel adventure, and all foodie delight, each episode puts destination-inspired cuisine front and centre as the rival chefs explore local ports, taste authentic flavours, and immerse themselves in the local culture in order to craft their ultimate signature dish.

The heat rises as Australia’s culinary favourites go head-to-head in epic high-seas showdowns: Miguel Maestre vs. Dan Hong, Minoli De Silva vs. Courtney Roulston, Vincent Yeow Lim vs. Alice Zaslavsky, and Mark LaBrooy vs. Khanh Ong.

Tasked with scaling up their inspired recipes alongside the ship’s highly skilled culinary crew in unfamiliar kitchens, the pressure reaches boiling point with their reputations on the line. The chefs face a massive judging panel, with up to 4,000 passengers casting their votes at “The Captain’s Dinner” aboard one of Princess Cruises’ premium and luxuriously appointed ships. Only one chef in each destination can sail away victorious – making this delicious voyage around the world an energetic cook-up not to be missed.
